The Long Road...

Just a quick update on my challenge. Last night, Wednesday January 7th, in front of some youth I did a mid-week weigh-in to see if I was making any progress...

Well, in the first four days, I have lost......

6 pounds. Results will vary from person to person and all exercise should be accompanied by some healthy eating.

Please consult your Dr. before beginning any exercise program. Side effects of losing weight are not enjoying as much gravity, sudden loss of fat jokes being hurled at you & possible need for a shopping trip. If the hunger pains last for more than four hours, please immediately seek help from your local Chick-FilA.
